Forms of Payment

Shipping and Delivery Time

Most orders are processed within one to two business days of ordering. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped.  MoneyBags, LLC utilizes the USPS for all shipping.  Average delivery time for standard/media mail via the USPS is 1 – 2 weeks to verified US addresses.  We do not currently ship Internationally.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed, an order number issued, and shipment begins. However, orders that cannot be canceled may qualify for our Return & Exchanges Policy.

If a customer requests an order cancellation after the shipping process begins, refuses delivery of a shipped package, or provides a non-deliverable shipping address, the shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and shall be deducted from any credit or compensation issued. The customer will be charged for both outbound and return-shipping charges associated with that order.

The amount deducted from the credit or compensation shall be the actual freight charges & handling fees charged by the freight carrier or supplier to us. For example, if the USPS charges $5 to ship an item outbound, a $10 charge to intercept the package, and $5 for the return shipping cost, that full $20 shall be deducted from the refund or compensation amount. We kindly ask our valued customers that they carefully review their orders before completing checkout so that there is no need to request cancellation or refuse delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If We Made An Error or Your Item Arrives Damaged

In the event that a problem with your merchandise is the result of our error, please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements.  Please include your name, address, order number and an explanation of the error. We will work with you to resolve the error quickly.

If You Are Returning an Item for an Exchange or Refund

You may return most items for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Items for return or exchange must arrive back to us in their original shipped condition with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included (if applicable).  To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email your name, address, order number and reason for return to [email protected]
  2. We will send you a prepaid envelope in the mail within 5-7 business days.
  3. Include the item(s) you wish to return along with the original packing slip and mail it back to us.
  4. We will credit your account accordingly per the information below.

We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip(s) or are over 30 days old. Please contact us at [email protected] if you do not have your original packing slip.

No credit will be issued until we have inspected the returned item and it is found to be in new, unused, unlaundered condition (if applicable) with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.

The original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

If a customer under the authorized Returns & Exchange Policy later returns any item for credit that received a discount or promotional savings, and the lower order total would not meet the original minimum qualifications for the discount, then the amount of the sale discount shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card or form of payment used.

MoneyBags, LLC Sales and Use Tax Policy Statement

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state’s department of revenue website.

MONEYBAGS, LLC COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Minnesota.

MONEYBAGS, LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because MoneyBags, LLC is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

MONEYBAGS, LLC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file.
